About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations across our restaurant outlets. This role offers hands-on exposure to the fast-paced QSR and F&B industry and is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in Human Resources.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Staffing
- Source and screen candidates for outlet and corporate positions.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and outlet teams.
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding
- Assist in onboarding and induction of new team members.
- Prepare joining documentation and employee files.
- Coordinate employee ID cards, uniforms, and onboarding requirements.
- Ensure completion of all joining formalities.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support attendance, leave, and manpower tracking.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Update employee databases and HRMIS records.
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement initiatives and celebrations.
- Assist in organizing training programs and team activities.
- Coordinate employee recognition and reward programs.
Outlet HR Coordination
- Coordinate with restaurant managers regarding manpower requirements.
- Support employee grievance handling and issue resolution.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
HR Reporting
- Prepare recruitment and HR activity reports.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly HR trackers.
- Support HR audits and compliance documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel to outlets, if required.
