A Hindi teacher is responsible for developing students' language proficiency and cultural understanding in alignment with curriculum guidelines. They plan lessons to build reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills, while fostering a positive, interactive classroom environment.
Core Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Instruct students in Hindi language and literature according to educational board standards (e.g., CBSE, ICSE, State Board).
- Lesson Planning: Create age-appropriate lesson plans, worksheets, and teaching materials that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Skill Development: Enhance students' vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation through interactive exercises.
- Assessments: Design, evaluate, and grade tests and assignments, providing constructive feedback.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a disciplined, engaging, and inclusive learning environment.
- Student Tracking: Maintain accurate academic records and communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress.
- Cultural Promotion: Organize and encourage participation in extracurricular events like debates, elocution, poetry recitations, and plays.
Key Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hindi (B.A. / M.A.).
- Professional Certification: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is highly preferred or mandatory for most TGT/PGT positions.
- Experience: Prior teaching experience in schools, ideally matching the targeted curriculum board.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
