Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver nursing education programs, training sessions, and workshops
- Teach clinical skills, patient care procedures, and nursing best practices
- Evaluate learner performance through assessments, observations, and feedback
- Create lesson plans, instructional materials, and competency evaluations
- Mentor and support nursing staff, students, and newly hired nurses
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and policies
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to identify training needs
- Maintain accurate educational records and reports
- Stay updated on current nursing practices, technologies, and evidence-based care
- Participate in curriculum development and quality improvement initiatives .
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Clinical nursing experience.
- Teaching or training experience preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
