- Site Supervision & Execution: Supervising daily construction activities, including RCC work, finishing, and structural integrity from start to finish.
- Planning & Scheduling: Monitoring project progress against the baseline schedule (e.g., MS Project/Primavera) and ensuring timely completion.
- Contractor & Resource Management: Coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and labor, while managing materials to minimize waste.
