Mechatronik Renewables Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated Freshers to join our Sales team. If you have excellent communication skills and are passionate about building a career in sales, we would love to hear from you. Training will be provided.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and digital platforms.
- Meet potential customers and explain Solar PV solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and schedule site surveys.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
- Prepare basic quotations and coordinate with the technical team.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/MIS.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships.
Eligibility
- Freshers with a Bachelor's degree (BBA, B.Com, B.E., B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Interest in Sales and the Renewable Energy industry.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sola, Ahmedabad, Gujarat
