Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to manage and grow key accounts in the appliances segment. The role involves leading a sales team, strengthening relationships with key partners, and driving revenue growth across assigned accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and guide the Television / Home Appliance/Kitchen Appliance/Furniture/Solar sales team to achieve targets
*Drive sales executives and brand promoters to achieve the daily targets.
*Able to maintain gross profit which reporting manager assigned.
* Manage key accounts such as dealers, distributors, and modern trade partners
* Develop and execute account growth strategies for kitchen appliances
* Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
* Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and service teams to ensure timely execution
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships
Requirements:
* Experience in sales within kitchen appliances or consumer durables
* Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
* Result-oriented with strong analytical ability.
4 to 6 years’ Experience in Consumer durable Electronic sales, Television, Home Appliance, Kitchen Appliance, Furniture.
