About the role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-driven Customer Service Interns to join our team. In this role, you will interact with customers to collect feedback on products and services while ensuring timely resolution of concerns through calls, WhatsApp, and Facebook messaging. You will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and enhancing overall service quality.
Specifically this role will involve:
- Contact customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and Facebook Messenger to collect feedback on products and services.
- Understand customer concerns and professionally handle complaints or negative feedback.
- Resolve customer queries with empathy and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure customer issues have been successfully resolved.
- Support the Quality Team in identifying recurring customer concerns and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain polite, professional, and customer-centric communication at all times.
Ideal candidate will have:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Confidence in interacting with customers through calls and messaging platforms.
- Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and record-keeping abilities.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
