Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate leads, approach potential clients, and close deals for our software solutions. The ideal candidate should be confident in communication and passionate about sales and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities
- Approach potential clients via WhatsApp, calls, email, and social media
- Explain software features and schedule product demos
- Follow up with leads and convert them into customers
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet monthly sales targets
- Work closely with the technical team for client requirements
Required Skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing
- Confidence in client handling
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
Preferred Candidates
- Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
- Candidates with experience in software sales or ERP sales are preferred
