We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, and multi-tasking Junior Architect to join our growing team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design concepts and raw ground-reality execution. You will split your time between developing detailed architectural drawings in the office and visiting active construction sites to ensure design compliance, material quality, and progress tracking.
The ideal candidate possesses strong technical drafting skills, an eye for spatial detailing, and the agility to balance multiple project tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities1. Design & Technical Drafting
- Create detailed architectural working drawings, submission drawings, and GFC (Good for Construction) sets.
- Develop interior layouts, custom spatial plans, and detailed cabinetry/furniture drawings.
- CAD tools to maintain organized, parameterized drawing files and family templates.
2. Site Coordination & Supervision
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor ongoing construction and interior fit-outs against approved blueprints.
- Take accurate on-site physical measurements, verify levels, and document site progress through clear photos and reports.
- Coordinate directly with site supervisors, contractors, and specialized fabricators to resolve on-site execution challenges quickly.
3. Material Coordination & Multi-Tasking
- Assist in organizing project timelines, client feedback notes, and material estimation schedules.
- Coordinate with local vendors, factories, and manufacturers to source material samples, check finishes, and verify procurement rates.
- Maintain flexibility to switch between design adjustments, client modifications, and administrative project tracking as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Diploma in Architecture (D.Arch) / Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command over AutoCAD, and standard 3D visualization software.
- On-Site Competence: Comfortable traveling to local sites, communicating clearly with on-site labor, and conducting precise measurements.
- Multi-Tasking Blueprint: Proven ability to manage multiple project files, organize material lists, and track changing dimensions without losing attention to detail.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, contractors, and the core design team.
What We Offer
- Opportunity to work on diverse residential projects from plinth level to final handover.
- Hands-on exposure to both core structural architecture and custom interior design workflows.
- A collaborative, high-growth environment where your multitasking abilities directly influence project success
