Responsibilities-
· Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
· Explain property features and benefits to prospective buyers.
· Provide accurate information about available properties, pricing, and terms.
· Coordinate property viewings and follow up with clients to ensure a positive sales experience.
· Assist clients in the decision-making process by providing relevant market data and comparisons.
· Maintain a database of prospective buyers and follow up with them regularly.
· Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop effective strategies to increase sales productivity.
Requirements-
· Good English communication skills.
· Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Executive or similar role in the real estate industry.
· Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and property pricing.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving walk-in targets.
· Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
