We are building some of the fastest and most precise hardware systems in our category — and our CNC workshop is where performance is won or lost. Every micron of flatness, every second of cycle time, every setup decision directly impacts the final machine. This is not routine machining. This is precision engineering at the edge.
We run Brother S700BD1 simultaneous 4-axis & M300XD1-5AX simultaneous 5-axis mill turn machining centers with Big Daishowa tool holders, Tungaloy & OSG cutters, Renishaw probing systems, and LANG work holding. We demand exceptional standards in parallelism, flatness, positional accuracy, surface finish, and throughput.
This role is for someone who takes full ownership of both precision programming and workshop execution discipline — someone who builds systems, not just parts.
What You Will Do
- Program complex 3/4/5-axis parts. We use SolidCAM + CAM Assist but any advanced CAM expertise is welcome.
- Push cycle times aggressively — without sacrificing micron-level accuracy.
- Engineer bulletproof setups for high-precision components.
- Create professional setup sheets and documentation that eliminate operator errors.
- Standardize tooling, holders, offsets, and storage so nothing is wasted or searched.
- Implement SOPs that reduce setup time and maximize spindle uptime.
- Manage operators, scheduling, workload planning, and machine utilization.
- Enforce consistency in flatness, parallelism, and repeatability.
- Drive continuous improvement in speed, precision, and process reliability.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in multi-axis CNC programming and workshop management.
- Strong background in 3/4/5-axis machining environments.
- Deep command of GD&T, tolerancing, and precision machining principles.
- Hands-on experience with high-end tooling and probing systems.
- Proven ability to reduce changeover time and improve workflow efficiency.
- Strong leadership discipline: structure, accountability, ownership.
- A relentless “whatever-it-takes” mindset.
Ideal Profile
You think in microns.
You measure everything.
You eliminate wasted motion.
You build systems so clean that errors become impossible.
You treat the workshop like a high-performance laboratory — not a job shop.
If you want to run a CNC workshop at elite standards and build world-class precision hardware from the ground up — you will love it here.
