Job Title: Diagnostic Centre Manager
Job Summary:
The Scanning Centre Manager is responsible for the overall management of the diagnostic imaging centre, ensuring efficient operations, high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and optimal utilization of staff and imaging equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the scanning centre.
- Supervise, train, and manage radiographers, sonographers, nurses, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
- Monitor patient scheduling, workflow, and service delivery to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Coordinate maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment.
- Manage budgets, inventory, and vendor relationships.
- Prepare operational reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with radiologists, consultants, and hospital departments to ensure seamless patient care.
- Implement quality improvement initiatives and departmental policies.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with accreditation requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Radiology, Medical Imaging, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in diagnostic imaging, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of radiology operations, healthcare regulations, and quality standards.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Chalakudi Town, Thrissur, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
