Role Summary
We are looking for a smart and technically strong Business Analyst with an IT background who can understand client requirements, manage project documentation, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and clients. The candidate should possess excellent English communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and the confidence to handle situations smartly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand, analyze, and gather client requirements
- Prepare detailed project documentation such as BRD, FRD, SRS, Scope of Work (SOW), user stories, and workflows
- Create project estimations, timelines, milestones, and task planning
- Coordinate with development, UI/UX, QA, and management teams
- Conduct requirement gathering and client discussion meetings
- Translate client expectations clearly to the internal team
- Manage project communication, follow-ups, and updates
- Ensure smooth project execution with proper coordination
- Handle multiple responsibilities with accuracy and speed
- Support project delivery and maintain documentation records
Required Skills
- Strong technical and IT background
- Good understanding of software development processes

- Experience in estimation, scope creation, and milestone planning

Preferred Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or related role
