- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant-level roles, shop-floor workers, and technical staff. Conduct induction and onboarding processes.
- Industrial Relations & Compliance: Manage labor relations, union interactions, and ensure strict compliance with the Factories Act, Payment of Wages Act, and other statutory obligations.
- HR Operations & Payroll: Handle daily attendance, shift scheduling, leave management, and support payroll processing.
- Employee Relations & Welfare: Address worker grievances, maintain discipline, and organize engagement activities to improve retention and morale.
- Performance Management: Assist in performance appraisals, training, and development programs. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in human resources, specifically within steel, iron, or metal manufacturing industries.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite (especially Excel/Google Sheets).
