Key Responsibilities
● Handle incoming/outgoing calls professionally.
● Understand caller needs and route to the right team member.
● Prepare and maintain daily reports.
● Cross-check inquiries in CRM; ensure all calls connect to clients.
● Follow up on callbacks within specified timelines.
● Uphold decorum and efficiency in the telephone department.
Required Skills
● Excellent verbal/written communication.
● Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
● Strong team player with attention to detail.
