Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate discussions.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

Handle offer negotiations, follow-ups, and joining formalities.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate data, and MIS reports.

Ensure timely closure of open positions while delivering a positive candidate experience.
What We Are Looking For

2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

Hands-on experience in candidate sourcing and end-to-end hiring.

Strong communication and candidate-handling skills.
-
Experience in IT/technical recruitment will be an advantage.

Ability to manage multiple open positions and collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
