Job Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic, articulate, and graduate freshers or experienced professionals to join our international US Voice Process. In this role, you will interact directly with US-based customers, providing exceptional service and resolving queries over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Follow standard operating procedures and documentation guidelines.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Must be a graduate (Any discipline).
- Communication: Excellent verbal English communication skills with clear diction.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in night shifts (US time zones).
- Skills: Strong listening skills, problem-solving ability, and basic computer knowledge.
