About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented WhatsApp Marketing Specialist to manage and execute WhatsApp marketing campaigns targeting the UAE market. The candidate will be responsible for campaign planning, database management, audience segmentation, broadcasting, response tracking, and lead generation.
This role is specifically focused on WhatsApp marketing and is not a general social media marketing position.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute effective WhatsApp marketing campaigns for the UAE market.
- Manage and organise customer/contact databases for marketing campaigns.
- Segment the database based on customer profiles, products, and campaign objectives.
- Execute manual WhatsApp outreach and broadcast campaigns as per the company's strategy.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign content, creatives, and promotional material.
- Monitor customer responses and engagement generated through WhatsApp campaigns.
- Identify potential and interested customers and share qualified leads with the concerned sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of campaigns, responses, leads, and campaign performance.
- Track key performance indicators, including messages sent, responses received, interested leads, and conversions.
- Regularly update and maintain campaign databases.
- Analyse campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase engagement and lead generation.
- Work closely with the Sales and Management teams to align marketing activities with business requirements.
- Ensure the confidentiality and responsible handling of customer and company data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing, WhatsApp Marketing, CRM Marketing, Database Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Hands-on experience in managing WhatsApp marketing campaigns and customer databases.
- Understanding of customer segmentation and campaign targeting.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation and campaign performance tracking.
- Experience working with an international market, preferably the UAE/GCC market, will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of CRM and data management.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns and deliver measurable results.
Preferred Candidate
- Candidates with previous experience in WhatsApp Marketing, Database Marketing, CRM Marketing, or Lead Generation.
- Experience in the Financial Services, Banking, Loans, Credit Cards, Insurance, or UAE market will be preferred.
- Candidates who understand customer engagement and lead generation through direct marketing channels.
