Beards & Shears is one of India's fastest-growing men's grooming brands, offering premium haircare, beard care, and skincare products. We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who can deliver an excellent customer experience while supporting our day-to-day operations.
Role: Customer Support & Sales Executive Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and social media.
- Guide customers in choosing the right products and convert inquiries into sales.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Coordinate with courier partners to manage shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and RTO cases.
- Track and update orders across Shopify, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
- Assist customers with order status, refunds, and replacement requests.
- Maintain customer records and prepare daily reports.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Deliver a professional and friendly customer experience at every touchpoint.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Prior experience in Customer Support, Sales, or E-commerce Operations is preferred.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections with patience and professionalism.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or courier portals is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
