Key Responsibilities
- Programming and setup of CNC machines for machining cast components.
- Independently interpret engineering drawings, GD&T, and process sheets.
- Optimise tooling, tool paths, and cutting parameters for efficiency and tolerance accuracy.
- Maintain cooling/machine setup sheets and production records.
- Train and guide junior operators and monitor their performance.
Required Skills
- Proficient in FANUC / SIEMENS control systems.
- Strong background in machining cast, steel, and alloy steel components.
- Capable of both programming and hands-on setup / operation.
- Capable of using precision measuring equipment such as vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and dial gauges.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
