Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience in real estate sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into customers, achieving sales targets, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through telecalling, references, field visits, digital platforms, marketing campaigns, and other sales activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide complete information about projects, pricing, amenities, and payment plans.
- Conduct property site visits and deliver project presentations to prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads and customers to maximize conversion rates and close sales effectively.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, finance, and documentation teams to ensure smooth booking and registration processes.
- Maintain an accurate customer database and update sales activities in the CRM system.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business opportunities.
- Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, roadshows, and marketing activities.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Qualification
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Experience in real estate sales is preferred.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Coimbatore and surrounding areas is an added advantage.
