Job Summary: A highly prestigious private residence seeks a professional and experienced Butler with a background in luxury hospitality, preferably from Taj or Oberoi. This is a live-out role and does not involve travel. The ideal candidate will be adept in formal household service, have a discreet demeanor, and possess a solid foundation in managing the operations of a high-standard private household.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide impeccable formal service to principals and guests, including table service, silver service, and hosting.

Oversee daily household operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and discreet service.

Manage and coordinate with other household staff (housekeepers, chefs, drivers, etc.).

Maintain inventory of fine china, silverware, and other household supplies.

Supervise and execute high-level event setups and service within the residence.

Liaise with vendors, maintenance staff, and external service providers.

Ensure highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the home.

Uphold strict confidentiality and respect for privacy at all times.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel (preferably Taj/Oberoi) or UHNWI private household.

Excellent knowledge of formal service etiquette and household protocols.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.

Proficiency in household technology and CRM/scheduling tools is a plus.

Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Physically fit and well-groomed with attention to detail.
