We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to assist our client with everyday accounting responsibilities.
Accounting Assistant responsibilities include monitoring expense reports and reimbursements, recording financial activities into databases, and reconciling invoices.

Responsibilities
Reconcile invoices and look for inconsistencies.
Prepare and maintain expense reports.
Fill out reimbursement applications.
Make bank deposits.
Financial transactions should be entered into internal databases.
Make sure the spreadsheets are accurate.
Keep both digital and physical financial records.
As needed, send invoices to customers and third-party vendors.
Examine and file your payroll records
Audits should be done every month and every year.
Accounting Assistant
Requirements
Work experience as a bookkeeper, accountant, or accountant's assistant
Basic bookkeeping methods should be understood.
Finance regulations are something you should be familiar with.
Ability to recognise numerical errors and good math abilities
Working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. Tally Prime)
Organizational abilities
Ability to handle secret and sensitive information
B.Com in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
