*Available Position: Rubber Technologist / Manager - Rubber Mixing* Requirements: * Degree in Rubber / Polymer Technology (Mandatory) with 15+ years of experience in production, mixing, compounding & formulation. * Experienced professionals from non-tyre industry such as cots & aprons, conveyor belts, , coated fabrics, rollers, etc., with strong plant level experience may only apply. * Expertise in rubber mixing, compounding, rubber chemicals, formulation, and testing methods. * Hands-on experience with banbury, Intermix, and Two-Roll mixing mills. * Ability in process optimization, quality assurance, and new product development.
