Job description:
The HR cum Nursing Coordinator will be responsible for managing nursing workforce operations across our 16 clinics while supporting core HR functions. The role requires frequent clinic visits, staff coordination, recruitment, and ensuring smooth communication between management and clinic teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and coordinate nursing staff for all 16 clinic locations.
- Conduct clinic-side recruitment drives, interviews, and candidate screening.
- Visit clinics regularly to monitor nursing staff performance, discipline, attendance, and operational requirements.
- Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and induction of newly recruited nurses.
- Maintain nursing manpower availability and arrange replacements whenever required.
- Coordinate monthly payroll by verifying attendance, leave records, overtime, and other payroll-related information.
- Maintain employee records, joining documentation, confirmations, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate staff scheduling, transfers, and deployment based on operational requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave management, and compliance with company policies.
- Address employee concerns and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
- Ensure nursing staff adhere to company SOP, quality standards, and patient care protocols.
- Assist in performance evaluations and provide feedback for staff development.
- Coordinate training sessions and continuous skill development programs for nursing staff.
- Prepare HR and nursing-related reports for management.
- Support overall clinic operations whenever required and perform any additional duties assigned by the management in the best interest of the organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (B.Sc. Nursing/M.Sc ) or a relevant qualification with HR coordination experience preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment and staff coordination is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently across all 16 clinic locations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Working Schedule
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Weekly Off: Sunday
