Job Title: Multi Skilled Technician (MST)

Job Summary
The Multi Skilled Technician (MST) is responsible for maintaining the property's engineering systems and ensuring all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The role requires expertise in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance while delivering excellent support to hotel operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
- Attend and resolve guest maintenance complaints promptly and professionally.
- Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and utility equipment.
- Repair and maintain lighting fixtures, switches, sockets, fans, and electrical panels.
- Carry out plumbing repairs, including taps, pipelines, flush systems, and drainage.
- Perform basic carpentry, painting, polishing, and civil maintenance work.
- Monitor the operation of generators, water pumps, STP, WTP, and other utility equipment.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment servicing.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company SOPs.
- Coordinate with vendors for specialized maintenance when required.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Support emergency maintenance requirements and breakdowns.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer knowledge for maintenance reporting.
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Qualifications
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field.
- Certification in electrical or HVAC is an added advantage.
Experience
- 0–2 years: Freshers with relevant technical qualifications may apply.
- 2–5 years: Experience in hotels, resorts, hospitals, commercial buildings, or facility management preferred.

Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
