Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, and selling international freight forwarding and supply chain solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities in the U.S. market.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Sell Ocean Freight (FCL & LCL), Air Freight, Warehousing, Inland Transportation, Customs Coordination, and end-to-end supply chain solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with importers, exporters, and shippers.
- Understand customer logistics requirements and provide customized solutions.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth shipment execution.
- Maintain accurate sales records and pipeline updates.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior outbound sales experience is mandatory.
- Experience in Inside Sales, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Shipping, or Supply Chain Sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems is an advantage.
