We are seeking an accomplished Nursing Lead to oversee home healthcare operations, lead nursing and caregiver teams, and ensure patient-centred, compliant, and high-quality care across key clinical areas. The role partners with patients, families, clinicians, Operations, Product, and Technology teams to strengthen workflows, enable technology-driven care, and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment with ownership, adaptability, and a learner mindset.
Qualifications
B.Sc. Nursing with valid Nursing Council Registration
7+ years of clinical nursing experience in a multi-speciality hospital
2–3 years in a Nursing Supervisor, Ward In-charge, or Nursing Lead role
Home healthcare experience preferred
Clinical Areas of Expertise
Geriatric, chronic disease, palliative, rehabilitative, and long-term home care
Post-operative, post-discharge, wound care, infection prevention, and pressure injury management
Medication administration, monitoring, patient education, emergency response, and escalation protocols
Key Responsibilities
Clinical Operations & Quality
Oversee home healthcare nursing operations and ensure patient-centred, protocoldriven care delivery.
Evaluate patient needs, coordinate care plans, and support seamless post-discharge continuity.
Track quality, patient feedback, compliance, and operational performance indicators.
Ensure adherence to protocols, documentation standards, infection control practices, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct audits, identify care gaps, implement corrective actions, and strengthen SOPs and quality assurance practices.
Caregiver & Team Management
Lead nursing staff, attendants, and third-party caregivers to ensure reliable service delivery.
Oversee caregiver onboarding, deployment, performance management, training, and workforce planning.
Coach and develop nursing and caregiver teams to build capability, accountability, and continuity of care.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Act as the liaison between patients, families, caregivers, clinicians, healthcare partners, and operations teams.
Communicate care plans, service expectations, risks, and escalations clearly to stakeholders.
Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Operations to improve care delivery workflows.
Champion technology-driven care models, digital documentation, and data-enabled decision-making.
Demonstrate adaptability, ownership, and a learner mindset in a fast-paced start-up environment
