Responsibilities
Conduct seminars in educational institutions and coaching centers.
Gather feedback from customers and report it to the Center Manager.
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer/prospect contacts towards achieving agreed business aims
Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaisons
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Attend training sessions to develop the relevant knowledge, techniques and skills.
Ensure that all activities carried out are in line with regulations.
Maintain good relationships with customers and potential customers.
Communicate to the Center Manager any issues that may require additional support.
Provide customer service as required such as responding to customer enquires.
Carry out activities to implement the business strategies.
