Job Description
Raksham is looking for skilled and compassionate Nurses to provide professional healthcare support services to patients at home and healthcare facilities. The role involves delivering quality nursing care, ensuring patient safety, and coordinating with doctors, patients, and Raksham’s healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care to patients as per their healthcare requirements.
- Monitor patient health conditions and maintain proper care records.
- Administer medications, injections, IV care, wound dressing, and other nursing procedures as prescribed.
- Assist patients with post-operative care, elderly care, and chronic illness management.
- Coordinate with doctors, family members, and Raksham’s healthcare team regarding patient updates.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, and patient safety protocols.
- Provide compassionate and professional patient support.
Qualification
- ANM / GNM / B.Sc Nursing qualification preferred.
- Valid nursing certification/registration as applicable.
- Basic knowledge of nursing procedures and patient care practices.
Experience
- Freshers with relevant nursing qualification may apply.
- Prior experience in hospitals, home healthcare, ICU, elderly care, or patient care services will be preferred.
Other Requirements
- Good clinical knowledge and practical nursing skills.
- Compassionate approach towards patients.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a healthcare team.
- Willingness to work on flexible assignments based on patient requirements.
- Responsible, punctual, and professional attitude.
Payment Structure
- Payment will be provided on a service assignment basis.
- Compensation will depend on the type, duration, and nature of the assigned nursing service.
