We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Residential Sales to lead and mentor a team of sales professionals in the residential real estate segment. The ideal candidate should have strong team management skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to drive revenue growth while ensuring team targets are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of residential sales executives/property consultants.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Guide team members throughout the sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance review sessions.
- Ensure prompt follow-up and conversion of company-provided qualified Google leads.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversions and revenue.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide updates to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and developers.
- Resolve customer and team-related issues effectively.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, preferably with a Channel Partner firm.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in team handling or leadership role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Good understanding of the residential real estate market.
- Leadership mindset with the ability to mentor and develop team members.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
