Office Assistant & Receptionist
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and proactive Office Assistant & Receptionist to manage front office operations and ensure a smooth workplace experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist visitors.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and manage mail.
- Support daily office operations and administration.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused.
- Well-organized with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Trustworthy with good problem-solving skills.
- Previous reception or front office experience is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
