Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Hardware Lead to drive the design and development of embedded hardware products from concept to production. The ideal candidate will lead system-level hardware design, collaborate across teams, and ensure product reliability, compliance, and manufacturability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architecture definition, detailed hardware design, and verification of embedded products
- Drive system-level hardware design for embedded and IoT devices
- Optimize low-power designs for battery-operated products
- Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, manufacturing, and component suppliers for end-to-end product development
- Design MCU-based systems, power supplies, and communication interfaces including SPI, I²C, UART, Ethernet, and RS-485
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation including specifications, design documents, test plans, test cases, and traceability matrices
- Ensure compliance with CE, FCC, UL, EMI/EMC, and RoHS standards by coordinating with certification agencies and test labs
- Conduct design reviews and enforce hardware design best practices
- Perform hardware debugging and failure analysis using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and other lab instruments
- Lead reliability and environmental stress testing including thermal cycling, burn-in, vibration, and humidity testing
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for field failures and support timely resolution of customer and production issues
- Support product transition from prototype to mass production
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in embedded hardware design
- Strong experience in schematic design, board bring-up, debugging, and validation
- Hands-on expertise in MCU-based hardware systems and communication protocols
- Strong understanding of power electronics and low-power hardware design techniques
- Experience with EMI/EMC considerations and regulatory compliance processes
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lead projects and collaborate effectively across teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
