Qualification: Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Required)
Experience: 3-4 years as Production lead in Fabrication, Structural Piping, Steel
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee shop floor operations in a structural steel fabrication facility. The candidate will be responsible for production planning, manpower management, quality control coordination, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor daily production activities.
- Supervise fabrication processes such as cutting, fit-up, welding, and assembly.
- Manage shop floor manpower and machine utilization.
- Coordinate with QA/QC, planning, and project teams.
- Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Track production targets and prepare production reports.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings, welding processes, and shop floor management.
- Good leadership and communication skills.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
