We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience in Zoho applications to analyze business requirements, design effective system solutions, and support implementation projects. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team, ensuring successful delivery of automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope and gather, analyze, and document business requirements (BRD, FRD).
- Design functional and technical specifications using best practices while minimizing the need for custom coding.
- Provide Zoho consulting by analyzing business data and processes to drive operational improvements and growth.
- Create and configure solutions on the Zoho platform to meet internal and client requirements.
- Automate business processes using Zoho automation tools and workflows.
- Develop test scenarios, perform functional testing, and support UAT.
- Demonstrate functional and technical knowledge of Zoho applications including:
o Zoho CRM
o Zoho People
o Zoho Payroll
o Zoho Books
o Zoho Inventory
o Zoho Analytics
o Zoho Desk
o Zoho Creator
- Troubleshoot integration and system-related issues.
- Support integration setup with existing business systems.
- Manage project documentation and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Prepare customized management dashboards and reports.
- Work closely with the Operations team to configure and implement Zoho applications based on business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document workflows and processes.
Must-Have Skills
- 3–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in Zoho implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Zoho CRM and related applications.
- Experience in requirement gathering, BRD/FRD documentation, and process mapping.
- Knowledge of system configuration and workflow automation.
- Experience with integrations and troubleshooting issues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Zoho Creator customization and Deluge scripting.
- Exposure to ERP, HRMS, or accounting modules within Zoho ecosystem.
- Knowledge of APIs and third-party system integrations.
- Basic project management skills.
- Zoho certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Education RequiredBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
