Job Summary
OlympQuiz is looking for energetic and result-oriented Sales Representatives to promote OlympQuiz Olympiad Examinations across schools. The candidate will be responsible for visiting schools, conducting meetings with principals/coordinators, convincing schools to enroll students for Olympiad exams, and managing end-to-end coordination activities.
This role involves extensive travel and regular interaction with schools including CBSE, ICSE, State Board, IB, IGCSE, and other educational institutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSchool Outreach & Sales
- Visit schools daily to promote OlympQuiz Olympiad Exams.
- Conduct presentations and meetings with principals, trustees, coordinators, and management teams.
- Convince schools to enroll students for OlympQuiz examinations.
- Build long-term relationships with schools and educational institutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Daily Field Visits
- Mandatory minimum of 7 school visits per day.
- Plan and manage travel schedules efficiently.
- Cover assigned territories and expand school network continuously.
Coordination & Operations
- Schedule meetings and follow-ups with schools.
- Handle calling and communication with school authorities.
- Coordinate prize distribution and event logistics.
- Support examination registration and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate records of schools visited, meetings conducted, and conversions achieved.
Reporting
- Daily online/offline reporting is mandatory.
- Submit visit reports, meeting updates, and sales pipeline status regularly.
- Update CRM or reporting sheets as instructed by management.
Eligibility CriteriaMandatory Requirements
- Prior experience working with schools or educational institutions is compulsory.
- Experience in educational sales, EdTech, Olympiads, school tie-ups, or academic coordination preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of CBSE, ICSE, State Board, IB, and other school systems.
