Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and confident Tele caller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining company products/services, and generating sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers
- Explain products and services clearly and effectively
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain and update customer database
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up with clients for closures and feedback
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
- Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM tools preferred)
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus
