Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a travel agency.
Strong knowledge of Domestic & International Air Ticketing.
Hands-on experience with GDS systems
Ability to handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary modifications.
Knowledge of airline fare rules, routing, and ticketing procedures.
Experience in handling both FIT and corporate travel bookings is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
