Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with driver partners regarding overdue payments and pending dues.
- Coordinate with driver partners to ensure timely recovery of outstanding amounts.
- Maintain accurate recovery records and update payment status in the system.
- Work closely with Operations and Finance teams to resolve payment-related issues.
- Meet daily and monthly recovery targets while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
