Office Assistant
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will assist with office management tasks, maintain records, handle correspondence, and provide general support to ensure smooth and efficient office functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and respond to inquiries professionally.
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
- Prepare reports, letters, forms, and other business correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining databases.
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks.
- Ensure the office environment remains organized and efficient.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in Business Administration is an advantage.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
