Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Greet, welcome, and direct guests to the appropriate personnel. Issue visitor badges and maintain security logbooks.
- Communications: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Take messages and respond to general inquiries via email and phone.
- Office Administration: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and book conference rooms.
- Environment Upkeep: Keep the reception area tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary office supplies.
