Job Description: User Support & Troubleshooting Serve as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related issues and service requests. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve user issues related to data, access, workflows, automation, and integrations. Manage support tickets (L2–L3), ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with users. Enhancements & Continuous Improvement Recommend process improvements and automate workflows where appropriate. Participate in testing activities including unit testing, UAT support, and release validation. Documentation & Training Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and solutions. Develop user guides, FAQs, and training material to improve user adoption. Conduct training sessions for new and existing Salesforce users. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1–3 years of experience supporting Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or custom applications). Strong knowledge of Salesforce admin capabilities (Flow, validation rules, reports, dashboards, data tools). Experience with Salesforce data management tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard). Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred. Knowledge on AWS: DynamoDB, Cloudwatch, Lambda. Preferred Skills Understanding of Apex basics (reading logs, understanding error messages). Exposure to integration tools (Mulesoft, Informatica, Boomi, APIs) is a plus. DynamoDB, Cloudwatch, Lambda. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
