Job Description – Field Supervisor (Media Monitoring)

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and field-oriented Field Supervisor to monitor our outdoor advertising assets, including hoardings, unipoles, and digital LED screens. The candidate will be responsible for conducting site inspections, capturing GPS-tagged photographs, uploading media through the company mobile application, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring all advertising sites meet company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Visit assigned media sites daily as per the route plan.
· Capture high-quality GPS-tagged photographs and videos of hoardings, unipoles, and digital LED displays.
· Upload photographs and videos through the company's mobile application with accurate site details.
· Monitor the condition, visibility, cleanliness, and illumination of advertising media.
· Report damaged structures, torn flex, LED faults, electrical issues, or any maintenance requirements.
· Verify advertisement display and ensure compliance with company standards.
· Coordinate with the Operations and Maintenance teams for timely issue resolution.
· Submit daily site visit reports and maintain accurate inspection records.
· Ensure all assigned locations are covered within the scheduled timeline.
Qualification
- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Diploma or Graduate preferred.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Field Operations, Outdoor Advertising, Site Inspection & Media Monitoring.
- Freshers with strong field coordination skills may also apply.
Skills Required
· Good photography and observation skills.
· Experience with GPS-enabled smartphones and mobile applications.
· Basic knowledge of Google Maps and MS Office.
· Good communication and reporting skills.
· Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
Mandatory Requirements
· Must own a two-wheeler.
· Valid Driving Licence.
· Android smartphone with a good camera and internet connectivity.
· Willingness to travel across assigned locations.
Preferred Candidate
Candidates with experience in Outdoor Advertising (OOH), Hoardings, Digital LED Media, Telecom Survey, Field Audit, or Infrastructure Inspection will be given preference.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
