Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to onboard steel suppliers and convert them into paid subscribers on the EaseInfra platform. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in speaking with business owners, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact steel manufacturers, distributors, dealers, and traders.
- Explain the benefits of the EaseInfra platform and subscription plans.
- Convert free trial users into paid subscribers.
- Generate new seller leads through calls and referrals.
- Follow up with interested sellers until closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing sellers.
- Ensure seller profiles are complete and products are updated.
- Maintain daily call records and sales updates in the CRM.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, telesales, or business development.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable making outbound sales calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Experience in the steel or construction industry is an added advantage.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- New seller registrations.
- Paid subscription conversions.
- Trial-to-paid conversion rate.
- Daily calls and follow-ups completed.
- Monthly subscription revenue achieved.
