Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to spearhead our business growth across Tamil Nadu. You will be the face of FURNiX, driving revenue by connecting distributors, healthcare institutions, and hospitals with our medical furniture solutions.
Core Responsibilities
- Increase Revenue: Implement sales plans to grow market share and reach sales goals across Tamil Nadu.
- Acquire B2B Clients: Secure contracts with medical distributors, private, and government hospitals
- Build Networks: Connect and manage a strong network of distributors and dealers.
- Gather Market Insights: Keep track of industry trends and competitor actions to spot new business opportunities.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Proven track record in Sales Management or Business Development (Medical equipment, pharma, or hospital furniture sales is a major plus).
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills.
- Travel & Language: Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu; fluency in Tamil and English is required.
