Key Responsibilities
* Manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, and other e-commerce platforms.
* Upload and update product details, pricing, descriptions, and images.
* Process customer orders, returns, and refunds.
* Monitor inventory and coordinate with the warehouse team.
* Coordinate with logistics partners for timely order dispatch.
* Plan and execute promotional campaigns and marketplace offers.
* Track sales performance and prepare reports.
* Handle customer queries and maintain marketplace compliance.
Required Skills
* Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce seller portals.
* Knowledge of product listing, catalog management, and order processing.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
* Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage tasks in a work-from-home setup.
