HR cum Operations Executive

Rathi Living is a fast-growing premium PG and co-living brand dedicated to providing professionally managed accommodations and exceptional resident experiences. We are looking for a proactive and organized HR cum Operations Executive to support our HR functions and day-to-day property operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Manage recruitment, screening, and onboarding of employees.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, employee files, and HR documentation.
- Support payroll coordination and employee lifecycle management.
- Handle employee queries and assist in employee engagement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR processes.
Operations
- Coordinate daily operations across Rathi Living properties.
- Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and vendors.
- Assist with resident onboarding, documentation, and move-out processes.
- Conduct regular property inspections and maintain service standards.
- Support vendor management, procurement, and inventory tracking.
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare HR and operational reports.
- Coordinate between residents, employees, vendors, and management.
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, Operations, Administration, Hospitality, or Facility Management.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
