Role: HR Executive
Exp: 2-4 years
Education: Bachelors / MBA HR
Location: Tiruchirappalli (Trichy)
CTC: As per Market Standards
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle From Hire to Exit.
2. Collaborate with functional heads to design, deliver, and track structured process-training programs.
3. Oversee daily attendance and leave tracking systems, proactively analyzing data trends to minimize absenteeism.
4. Manage daily HR administrative tasks, including the maintenance of accurate employee master records, employee grievance resolution, lifecycle documentation.
5. Analyze attrition root causes through structured exit interviews and data trends, proactively implementing targeted retention strategies.
6. Design and execute a dynamic calendar of employee engagement initiatives, workplace recognition programs, and team-building activities and collaborative work environment.
7. Ensure absolute adherence to all local labour laws, and statutory compliance mandates.
