Salary: ₹45,000 Gross per month
Qualifications
- B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME)
- Boiler 1st Class Operator Certificate (Mandatory)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- CFBC Boiler experience preferred
Job Description
- Operate IR-CFBC Boiler (Cold & Hot Start-up)
- Monitor boiler operations through DCS
- Perform safe start-up and shutdown procedures
- Maintain boiler auxiliaries
- Prepare daily logbooks and operation reports
- Follow SOPs and safety standards
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor critical plant parameters
- Ensure smooth and efficient boiler operation
- Coordinate with field operators and DCS team
- Support preventive maintenance activities
- Maintain accurate operational records
- Follow LOTO and safety procedures
