Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and responsible Retail Interior Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities related to interior finishing and civil construction works. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality execution, manpower coordination, timely completion of tasks, and adherence to safety standards at site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise interior and civil work execution at project sites.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, architects, and engineers.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work completion as per drawings and timelines.
- Inspect quality of work including masonry, plaster, flooring, painting, false ceiling, carpentry, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
- Ensure proper usage of materials and minimize wastage.
- Manage site labor and subcontractors efficiently.
- Maintain site discipline and safety compliance.
- Read and interpret construction and interior drawings.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management regularly.
- Identify site issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of interior finishing and civil construction processes.
- Ability to handle labor teams and subcontractors.
- Understanding of site safety practices.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and BOQ.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- Minimum [2–5] years of experience in interior and civil site supervision.
- Experience in residential, commercial, retail, or office interior projects preferred.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
